Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from The Aurora Trend. If for any reason you are not satisfied, this policy explains how to return an item and request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Certain items such as sale items, personalized products, and intimate apparel are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You will need to return the item and place a new order.
